PLEASE TELL ME.

Freaking hell, why do the Forever 21 outlets of Singapore not sell this?! I fell in love with it the moment I saw it on the US site. Then the next day it was removed from the page. Damn, I want it so badly, it's the wallpaper of my phone. Singapore is always telling tourists about it's "awesome shopping", but honestly, I cannot see the truth in that. Liar liar pants for hire. Hahaha.
